Amendment 0001 - Combined Synopsis Solicitation - 36C78625Q50224 - Complete Grounds Maintenance for New Bern National Cemetery -- S208 Amendment 0001 has been issued to provide clarity on the due date for quotes. See attached Amendment for details. All Offerors shall provide a signed copy of the amendment with their quotation package. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies necessary to provide complete grounds' maintenance services for New Bern National Cemetery. This is a consolidated contract with a Service Contract Act (SCA) wage determination and also a Davis Bacon Act (DBA) wage determination. Contract line items that should be priced using Davis Bacon Act wages are identified as such on the Price Schedule, and all other line items should be priced using the SCA wage determination. This will be a IDIQ contract with a base and four (4) option years, if exercised. See attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation for full details.
