Unarmed Security Guard Services at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Honolulu, HI -- S206 This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice with the intent of synopsizing a proposed contract action prior to issuance of the solicitation. Specific instructions on submitting your offeror will be contained in the solicitation documents to be issued on or about May 5, 2025, posted to SAM.gov website. No documents will be available until the solicitation is issued. The National Cemetery Administration (NCA), Veterans Affairs has a requirement for Unarmed Security Guard Services at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Honolulu, HI. The contractor must provide professional, courteous, uniformed unarmed security guard services within the property lines of the federal property. The contractor shall provide security guard and vehicle patrol daily, Sunday thru Saturday, twenty-four (24) hours per day, including federal holidays. This requirement is restricted as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code assigned to this project is 5611612- Housekeeping Guard and the Small Business Size Standard is $29 Million. This acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government contemplates awarding a firm fixed price contract for a base year and four 4 option periods. The solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation will be available only through Contract Opportunities at www.SAM.gov. All quotes, and other documents required for the quote submittal, including amendments to the request for quotes, shall be submitted electronically.
