Amendment 2 36C78625Q50038 Rock Island Grounds Maintenance & Irrigation Maintenance Service -- S208 The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions and provide clarifications. This is a hybrid contract with a Service Contract Act (SCA) wage determination and also a Davis Bacon Act (DBA) wage determination. Contract Line Items that should be priced using Davis Bacon Act wages are identified as such on the Price Schedule, and all other Contract Line Items should be priced using the SCA wage determination. This will be a IDIQ contract with a base and four (4) option years, if exercised. See attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation for full details.
