Janitorial Services at the Jacksonville National Cemetery -- S201 Base plus 4 option years - Janitorial Services for Jacksonville National The purpose of this amendment is to advised interested parties that the SOW (Attachment B) and Price Schedule (Attachment A) has been revised and to upload questions and answers. The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration (NCA) is seeking qualified SDVOSB to provide Janitorial Services at the Jacksonville National Cemetery located at 4083 Lannie Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, transportation, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to provide Janitorial Services. Janitorial Services include cleaning of Administration Building, PIC/Breezeway, Public Restrooms, Honor Guard Building and Maintenance Building (including, but not limited to office areas, lobby area, visitor areas, employee areas and employee, public restrooms, and unoccupied storage areas). Location and approximate size of areas to be cleaned are as follows: Areas requiring cleaning services and approximate sizes. Administrative Building: (with public restrooms) - 4000 - SQ/FT Maintenance Building/Military Honor Room (not including shop/garage area) - 2250 – SQ/FT. See combined synopsis attached.
