Duties will include: Daily sweeping, mopping, general dusting and spot cleaning, entry way window and glass cleaning, trash removal and receptacle spot cleaning, cleaning and disinfecting restrooms. Monthly carpet maintenance (bonnet) and light fixture cleaning. Semi-annual carpet shampooing, cleaning of air registers, diffusers and grills. Exterior window cleaning.
