Work includes, but not limited to removal and disposal (or recycling) of soil and buried vegetative debris mixed in with the soil from the current spoils pile to an offsite location. All of the following amounts are Not To Exceed. It is expected that the contractor will remove up to 180 cubic yards each month for the base year, and 92 cubic yards each month for the following option years.
