PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY: The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration intends to release a requirement to procure janitorial services for the Leavenworth National Cemetery via a fixed price contract. The fixed price contract will be for a base period of one (1) year plus four (4), one-year option periods. RFQ: 36C78623Q50212 SET ASIDE CATEGORY: SDVOSB NAICS CODES: 561720, Janitorial Services ESTIMATED ISSUE DATE: 06/20/2023 ESTIMATED RESPONSE DUE DATE: 06/26/2023 PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE / SITE VISIT A Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit will be held at the Leavenworth National Cemetery, 150 Muncie Road, Leavenworth, KS 66048. a. Pre-Proposal Conference will be held in the Maintenance Building Break Room on June 22, 2023, 11AM-12PM Central Standard Time (CST). b. Due to the room size limitations, Offerors are encouraged to notify the cemetery of their plan to attend. Notification should include Company Name, Address, Names of Attendees, and Phone No. Attendance notification should be received by the cemetery via e-mail andrew.biegler@va.gov, aaron.isom@va.gov, mark.babcock@va.gov, and omil.carrasquillo@va.gov no later than June 21, 2023, at 3PM CST. c. Questions regarding the solicitation should be submitted via e-mail to the Contracting Officer two days prior to site visit so that the Government may have adequate time to prepare responses for discussion during the Pre-Proposal Conference. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement reference above. It is the offeror’s responsibility to monitor SAM.GOV for changes or amendments.
