The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, professional expertise, vehicles, tools, equipment, product, materials, and services necessary to ensure that herbicide application is performed in a manner that shall meet or exceed the requirements to maintain healthy turf grass and that presents a clean, neat, professional and aesthetic grounds appearance throughout the three (3) cemeteries. Services include, but are not limited to, providing and applying herbicide and removal of trash generated by the Contractor.
