VA IDEA Survey Facilities Accessibility -- C211 10 Facilities Accessibility Survey As a result of the “Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Access (I-DEA)” Executive Order being signed, CFM/VHA has decided to: Evaluate a representative sample of 10 VA facilities (owned and leased) to understand compliance and develop general guidance at maximizing physical accessibility, beyond the existing duties to comply with the Architectural Barriers Act of 1968 (ABA), US Access Board Medical Equipment, systems, and instrumentation guidelines, and related VA Standards (E.O. 14035: sec 10.c and 10.d).
