This opportunity is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside to renovate the Radiation Oncology Department at the G.V. Sonny Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson, MS. The project involves a Design-Build, Firm-Fixed Price construction contract to fully renovate approximately 13,508 square feet of basement space, including demolition, new CT Simulator installation, specialized shielding, and upgraded mechanical, electrical, and fire alarm systems. The estimated budget for construction is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000, with a performance period of 365 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
