Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

This opportunity is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) to replace underground steam and condensate lines at the Veterans’ Health Care System of the Ozarks in Fayetteville, AR. The work is a Firm-Fixed Price, Design-Build construction contract requiring the contractor to furnish all necessary labor and materials to replace the lines serving several buildings while keeping the operational system functional. The project magnitude is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. The period of performance is 765 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. At least 15 percent of the contract cost for personnel must be spent on the employees of the prime contractor or other eligible SDVOSB concerns.
