The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) has a requirement to establish a contract for Septic Removal and Maintenance Services. Contractor shall provide materials, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary to perform septic pumping maintenance services at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery for 2 septic systems that both have 2 holding tanks and 1 aeration tank each. Contractor shall perform pumping of holding and aeration tanks. The Contractor shall test the septic tank alarm system on a quarterly basis. Contractor shall be available for emergency responses due to trigging of alarm. The Contractor shall test Backflow Preventers, and change filters annually.
