In December 2025, the Veterans Health Administration completed rollout of External Provider Scheduling (EPS) across all health care systems as the default community care scheduling tool. EPS has been expanded to support direct VA care scheduling through integrated scheduling, consolidating VA, virtual, and community care as VA care and giving Veterans visibility into referral status, Community Care eligibility, and all eligible care options. The contractor will provide services to expand the core integrated scheduling functionality of the EPS pilot for optimal full-enterprise deployment. This is a short-term task order of approximately 30 calendar days to provide ongoing virtual and in-person support and training for the pilot and Wave 0 sites.
