The Agency requires Program Management related support including the developing and implementation of standards that complement the broader Federal goal of ensuring taxpayer dollars are providing critical Federal services to citizens efficiently and cost-effectively, and more specifically to VA, improving Veterans’ Experiences and Engagement.
