The VA Office of Health Inspections requires conference and meeting space services in Chicago, IL, for an All-Hands meeting scheduled for March 9–13, 2026. The space must include a main room for 180 attendees with A/V support, two breakout rooms for 50 each, and four to five smaller rooms for 20–25 participants. This is not a current request for proposals.
