The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, is conducting market research for contractors to provide uniform cleaning services for the Miramar National Cemetery in San Diego, CA. The work includes mobile bi-weekly door-to-door pickup and delivery, documentation, cleaning, repair, maintenance, and alteration of interment uniforms for cemetery employees in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. The applicable NAICS is 812320 (Drycleaning and Laundry Services) with an $8M size standard, and NCA intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. Responses will help the Government determine qualified sources and business size classifications, and if two or more certified SDVOSB/VOSB can perform at a fair and reasonable price, VA may set aside the underlying solicitation under 38 U.S.C. §8127.
