The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to inform all bidders of the bid submission process for the Replace Surgery Roof project at the Louis Stokes VAMC. The bid opening date and time remains the same. However the deadline to submit bids is 06-11-2020 at 12:00 PM (noon) local time. Bidders will enter the main entrance at 2780 Airport Dr, Columbus, OH 43219, and submit their bids to the NCO 10 Contracting Office staff. The bids will be secured within the bid box located in Suite 340 - Conference Room. Bidders and the public will be forbidden from physically attending the opening due to social distancing guidelines. Bidders and the public are invited to call in on a telephone conference call to listen to the bid opening. Please see the continuation pages of this amendment for details.
