The purpose of this project is to provide construction services for Alabama National Cemetery for a gravesite expansion project as described in the attached Construction Documents. The construction magnitude for this requirement is between $20,000,000 and $30,000,000. The National Cemetery Administration is seeking SDVOSB construction contractors that can perform the construction services required for this project and would propose/bid on this project. If capable and interested, please provide the following no later than the response due date: 1. Proof of SDVOSB Certification. 2. Statement of intent to propose/bid on this project if/when solicited. 3. Capability statement with example projects completed as the Prime Contractor that are similar in scope and magnitude. 4. List of key personnel on staff or subcontractors with resumes that would be used on this project to facilitate successful completion.
