The Contractor (A/E, Architect Engineer) shall complete a design and complete A/E construction package for the installation of a new coated non-climb fencing and stainless-steel cable mesh infill screening along both outboard sides of the emergency ramp driveway as well as the entire perimeter of the second level emergency department parking deck which will also include the oval-shaped opening in the middle. The design / construction will act as a suicide prevention structure for any likelihood of fatalities.
