After Phase I evaluation, selected Phase II offerors will be notified with instructions to submit PHASE II proposals. The contractor shall provide all labor, travel, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to design and build (Design/Build) a project to provide full usage of the water inside of a domestic water storage tank located at the New Orleans VA Medical Center, 2400 Canal St., New Orleans, LA.
