The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (TVHS), Nashville, Tennessee is seeking sources that can provide an upgrade surgical navigation system that can support surgical navigation during cranial, spinal, and ENT procedures. TVHS requires the surgical navigation system to allow for tracking via both optical and Electro-magnetic (EM) technology. TVHS requires both 3D modeling and image merging softwares to be included with the system. TVHS requires a system that is secure from cybersecurity vulnerabilities and that can encrypt data at rest. The system shall be protected by both hardware and software firewalls and shall be capable of anonymizing ePHI. The system shall be able to interface with commercial PACS systems and other imaging systems, such a C-arms. TVHS requires value for the trade-in of one existing Medtronic Stealth Station S7 system. TVHS also requires installation services (on-site) and end-user training as part of the procurement.
