Please see attached. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ COLMERY ONEIL VA MEDICAL CENTER TOPEKA, KANSAS Project # 589A5-24-500SL B2 Tube Leak Repair NCO15 Contracting is asking for responsible vendors to meet the attached statement of work. This is a total set-aside for all SDVOSB vendors. The vendors must meet all evaluations factors as indicated in the solicitation document. The Statement of Work is for performance of work associated with construction documents for the project 589A5-24-500SLB2 Tube Leak Repair at the Colmery O’Niel VA Medical Center, located at 2200 SW Gage Blvd, Topeka, KS 66622. The contractor shall provide all services, materials, labor, supervision, safety, certification and expertise for items described in the provided Construction Documents; drawings and specifications. Work shall be phased in a manner that is not disruptive to Medical Center Operations. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment to provide leak repair in Building 2. Boiler 2 Tube Leak Repair The contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment to locate and make proper repairs to the boiler 2 tube leaks in building 40. The period of performance is estimated to be approximately 14 calendar days after Notice to Proceed (NTP).
