THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT to gain knowledge and determine the availability and interest of vendors for NAICS 561790 - Duct Cleaning Services. The Department of Veteran Affairs NCO-15 is conducting market research for Colmery O'Neil VA Medical Center to determine potential sources having the skills, capabilities, experience, and bonding capacity to perform the described work. No award will be made from this Sources Sought. No solicitation, specifications, or drawings are available; therefore, do not request a copy of a solicitation. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for an anticipated future acquisition. Kitchen HVAC Duct Cleaning The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to satisfy the needs of the ordering activity. Clean building 20 kitchen HVAC ductwork in accordance with Performance Work Statement (PWS). The determination of acquisition strategy for this acquisition lies solely with the government. The Capabilities Statement for this sources sought is not expected to be a Request for Proposal or Invitation for Bid, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach, but rather short statements regarding the company's ability to demonstrate existing-or-developed expertise and experience in relation to the areas specified herein. Any commercial brochures or currently existing marketing material may also be submitted with a Capabilities statement. Submission of a Capabilities statement is not a prerequisite to any potential future offerings, but participation will assist the Department of Veteran Affairs in tailoring requirements to be consistent with industry capabilities. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and is neither to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. After completing its analysis, the Government will determine whether to limit competition among any specific socio-economic category. All interested contractors should notify this office via email by 1:00 PM Central Standard time on May 28, 2024.
