For your reference, the RFI for this requirement was issued under # 36C24220Q0042. This award will be 100% set aside for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541720 – Research and Development in the Social Sciences and Humanities. Firms must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. The Government contemplates an award of a Firm Fixed Priced contract as a result of this solicitation. Award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Description of Services: Please refer to the Statement of Work (SOW) and other supporting documents. Offerors must submit representations and certifications in accordance with the provision at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Item. (Accessible at the FAR Site, http://farsite.hill.af.mil). Submit the following documents in response to this RFQ: Quotation Cover Page (acknowledge understanding of the requirement) Technical Capability Statement Acknowledge understanding of the requirement Price Quotation Past Performance (within the past 5 years) Site Visit: A site visit has been scheduled for Monday, December 2, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. EST at the Engineering Building #118 located at 400 Fort Hill Avenue, Canandaigua NY 14424. Please email written request with the name and company of those who will attend the site visit to Tanya.Baldwin@va.gov. We ask that you limit the number of participates to two (2). Requests must be received no later than November 26, 2019 by 11:00 A.M. EST. Upon contractor’s arrival at building #118, the contractor must see the COR to sign in and obtain a badge. Please arrive early to allow time to obtain your badge. Questions regarding this solicitation must be received in writing using the attached excel questions spreadsheet. You must submit your questions to Tanya.Baldwin@va.gov only. Questions must be received no later than 3:00 PM EST on December 6, 2019. Responses to questions will be answered via an amendment to the solicitation. Offers are due on December 16, 2019 by 3:00 PM EST.
