The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified: (1) Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); (2) Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB); or (3) Small or emerging small business firms, or (4) Other Than Small business firms, to provide subject Item. General Requirements: Salient points: MUST HAVE: - Most Basic Hospital grade bed - Must be Hospital Commercial grade - Overall width not to exceed 3 ft 5 inches due to door constraints - Must have lockable wheels and easily maneuvered - Must be able to have ability for entire patient to move up and down, then separately head up/head down, and separately legs up and down. - Must be able to accommodate patients up to 500 lbs. - Mattress must have bacteriostatic covering so they can be wiped with bacteriostatic chemical agents - Must be able to disconnect from power source with ease due to interference (no batter pack) - Must have siderails - Must have removable Head and Footrest - Must have Digital Angle indicator - Must have IV pole sockets MUST NOT HAVE: - Must not be too small in size due to patient variability (the one we have now is 34" by 88") - Must not be an air mattress - Must not have active compressor since it will cause interference All interested firms who can meet the requirements stated above should respond, in writing, INCLUDING ALL THE FOLLOWING: Company name.
