Project Title: Asbestos Abatement Multiple Locations Project Number: 65B-21-014 NAICS Code: 562910 - Remediation Services IAW FAR 36.204 (e), Magnitude of construction is between: $500,000 and $1,000,000 Project Description: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and qualified supervision necessary to perform the general construction, alterations, and certain other items as graphically illustrated on the contract drawings, narratively described in the contract specifications. See Bid Item List, the Specifications, and the Drawings for additional descriptions. THIS IS A 100% SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) SET-ASIDE IAW 38. U.S.C. 8127 (d). The SDVOSB is required to perform a minimum of 25% of the construction work on the project with its own labor force. This does not include paperwork, submittals, and project management. This contract will be award IAW FAR Part 14 - Sealed Bidding IAW established public law, all proposals are required to be registered and current in System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of the award.
