PURPOSE: This amendment is being issued to provide a courtesy update on the acquisition strategy selected for this forecasted opportunity. The contracting office has made the decision to issue a task order proposal request (TOPR) to the Veteran Enterprise Contracting for Transformation and Operational Readiness (VECTOR) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract under service group 1 to fulfill this requirement. Vendors are hereby advised to consult with existing service group 1 VECTOR prime contract holders to determine whether there is any potential interest for a VECTOR prime to seek assistance from industry partners to meet this requirement. A list of VECTOR prime contract points of contact for service group 1 is included with this amendment. Additionally, the incumbent contract has been extended through February 26, 2024 to allow adequate time to complete solicitation and source selection activities. 2.
