The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Small & Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) is performing strategic, industry wide research in North American Industry Classification Codes (NAICS) relating to transportation and logistics. OSDBU is particularly interested in obtaining responses from firms that perform express delivery services, parcel delivery services, logistics services, mail delivery services, and full and less than full truckload services. OSDBU welcomes the identification of NAICS codes other than those mentioned in this notice if vendors believe them appropriate to this request for information. OSDBU would like to determine vendors capability to perform these services across geographic areas, including local delivery, state, regional, or Veterans Integrated Service Network areas of coverage. This information is being obtained for market research only. No solicitation or contract will result from this information, however information obtained may be utilized to inform VA policy around these services. Vendors are advised to respond to the email address within the notice only. If additional market research is needed notice will be posted to the appropriate government point of entry for industry response.
