This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and is available at the link provided in this notice. This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-02. The combined synopsis solicitation RFQ is issued as a 100% Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). SDVOSBs that can provide a brand name or equal forklift to the UniCarriers SCX40N are encouraged to submit a quote. If an SDVOSB is providing a quote with brand name equal products, the SDVOSB shall submit supporting documentation with product literature that contains at a minimum the product/model number, description, price, and any information that demonstrates how the equal product meets the salient characteristics listed within the RFQ. SDVOSBs who provide a quote with brand name or equal products and fail to provide sufficient supporting documentation will be determined to be technically unacceptable and thus, ineligible for award. Only timely quotes from VIP verified SDVOSBs shall be considered. Questions regarding this requirement shall be addressed to David Pawlowski No Later Than (NLT) July 25, 2019 @ 4 CDT.
