Offers are not being solicited at this time. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this request for information. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) National Acquisition Center is conducting market research to assess industry capabilities to supply forklifts to the VA. The VA is seeking responses to this request for information from interested, capable SDVOSB or VOSB firms that can meet the requirements set forth below. Specifications: 4,000 lb. (2 ton) capacity 36 volt electric 3-wheel, stand up 2 stage boom/mast Side shift forks Power steering 36 fork length Forward mounted work lights No higher than 8 step Mount for fire extinguisher Any company that believes they can provide forklifts with the above specifications or similar specifications please submit the following information by email to david.pawlowski@va.gov no later than 12:00pm CST March 15, 2018 with the following information: Specify your business size and DUNS. Supply a capability statement. The extent that you can supply forklifts as specified above, and note any deviation to the above. Note any standard or available warranties. If a SDVOSB or VOSB identify if your company is registered in VIP (Vendor information pages).
