Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 18 of 18 Presolicitation Notice *=Required Field Presolicitation Notice Page 1 of 18 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) National Acquisition Center (NAC) intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) 36L79723Q0007 on behalf of the Richmond, VA Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC). RFQ will be issued as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. In accordance with Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation 852.219-73. Quotes are being solicited only from certified SDVOSBs listed in the SBA Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) database, https://veterans.certify.sba.gov. The SDVOSB must qualify as a small business concern under the size standard corresponding to the NAICS code (333310) assigned to the RFQ as set forth in 13 CFR 128. The VA will award one contract to the responsible SDVOSB quoter who is able to meet the requirements as outlined in the scope of work within the Statement of Work and the Technical Specifications for the following commercial industrial laundry equipment being procured. (4) 320 LB. Gas Dryers, (3) 110-120 LB. Gas Dryers, (1) 400-500 Gas Dryer, and (1) Semi-Automatic Cart Washer System. The RFQ 36L79723Q0007 will be electronically issued under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and formatted pursuant to FAR Part 12.3 contract format. No paper copies of the solicitation will be available, and no telephone requests for paper copies of the solicitation will be accepted.
