This is an amendment to a previous combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.603. This Request for Proposal (RFP) 36H79725R0004 is issued by the National Acquisition Center (NAC), High Tech Medical Equipment (HTME) Contract Administration Division for Radiation Therapy Systems and Accessories for the Department of Veterans Affairs.
