IAW FAR 8.405-6(a)(2)(i), within 14 days after placing an order exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold supported by a limited-sources justification the CO shall publish a notice IAW FAR 5.301 and post the justification on SAM.gov for a minimum of 30 days. Due to an administrative oversight, the posting was not accomplished and this shall serve as notice that this acquisition was supported by a Limited Sources Justification. See attached justification.
