The VA Enterprise Procurement Office intends to issue an unrestricted RFP for Prednisolone Acetate 1% Ophthalmic Suspension for the VA (including CMOPs and Option 2 State Veterans Homes), DoD (including TMOPs), BOP, IHS, and FHCC. VA plans to award one contract to a responsible offeror that can provide an uninterrupted source of supply, with distribution through the VA and DoD Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor Programs. The contract period will be one year plus four pre-priced one-year option periods, and the solicitation is expected to be issued on or about October 1, 2026.
