This is an unrestricted procurement for Amiodarone HCL Tablets (100mg and 200mg) to supply the VA, DoD, Bureau of Prisons, Indian Health Service, and Federal Health Care Center. The contract will be for one base year plus four one-year option periods, with distribution through the VA and DoD Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor programs. The estimated annual requirements are for 54,951 bottles of 30-count 100mg tablets and 108,834 bottles of 60-count 200mg tablets, plus 18,775 bottles of 500-count 200mg tablets.
