This is an unrestricted procurement for Venlafaxine HCL 24HR SA Capsules in three dosages to supply multiple federal agencies. The contract period is for one base year plus four one-year option periods. The items will be distributed through the VA and DOD Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor programs. Offerors must supply the drug under their own exact label name with a unique NDC number and meet specific packaging requirements for safety-cap bottles.
