6505--Nicotine Lozenges MINI (VA-26-00020754)

This is an unrestricted procurement for Nicotine Mini Lozenges to supply the VA, DOD, Bureau of Prisons, and Indian Health Service. The contract will be for one base year plus four one-year option periods, with items distributed through the VA and DOD Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor programs. The estimated annual requirements are 166,791 bottles/cartons of the 2mg lozenge and 138,276 bottles/cartons of the 4mg lozenge. Offerors must supply the exact drug name as it appears on the label and have a unique NDC number. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about December 18, 2025.
