The government is conducting market research for a national mandatory requirements contract to supply Droxidopa Capsules (100mg, 200mg, and 300mg in 90-count bottles) to the VA, DoD, IHS, BOP, and FHCC. Offerors must have a unique NDC labeler code, may need a manufacturer letter of commitment, and must have chargeback agreements in place with Pharmaceutical Prime Vendors. The contract would be awarded in the aggregate for all strengths and sizes, with a preference for a base year plus up to four option years. Proposed products must meet specific unit-of-use packaging requirements, including child-proof closures, a minimum 120cc bottle volume, and specific label dimensions. The selected contractor must be able to begin supplying the estimated quantities within 60 days of contract award.
