PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The VA National Acquisition Center intends to issue Request for Proposal (RFP) 36E79721R0044 for an unrestrictive procurement for Etodolac Capsules and Tablets, for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Department of Defense (DOD), Bureau of Prisons (BOP), and Indian Health Service (IHS). The VA will award one contract to the responsible offeror who will be able to provide an uninterrupted source of supply for the contracted items. The contract period will be for one year plus four pre-priced one-year option periods. The contract items will be distributed through the VA s and DOD s respective Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor Programs. Offerors must state the exact name (name that appears on label) by which the solution will be supplied and have a unique NDC number. Solicitation #36E79721R0044 will be electronically issued in commercial item format in accordance with FAR Part 12 on or about August 23, 2021, with a tentative closing date of September 6, 2021. To be considered for award, offerors are required to submit an offer for line items 1a and 1b for the base year and four option years. 1a. ETODOLAC CAPSULES 200MG 100CT 11,644 1b. ETODOLAC CAPSULES 300MG 100CT 21,419 Group II Award will be made in the aggregate for Group II, line items: 2a and 2b. To be considered for award, offerors are required to submit an offer for line items 2a and 2b for the base year and four option years. 2a. ETODOLAC TABLETS 400MG 100CT 59,588 2b. ETODOLAC TABLETS 500MG 100CT 9,924 Group III Award will be made in the aggregate for Group III, line items: 3a and 3b. ETODOLAC TABLETS, SA 500MG 100CT 397 A separate award will be made for each group in this solicitation. Group I, Group II, and Group III represent separate requirements. The Government may award three separate contracts one for Group I, one for Group II, and another for Group III; a combination of two; or one contract for all three groups.
