PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The VA National Acquisition Center intends to issue Request for Proposal (RFP) 36E79720R0051 for an unrestrictive procurement of intermittent catheters, for outpatient pharmacies dispensing at the medical facility level for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Bureau of Prisons (BOP), Indian Health Service (IHS), and FHCC. For each product group (Group A, line items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15; and Group B, line items 1, 2, 3, and 4), award will be made in the aggregate per group. Pursuant to FAR 11.104, items in Group A and B must meet brand name or equal purchase descriptions to be acceptable for award. The contract period will be for one year plus four pre-priced one-year option periods. The contract items will be distributed through the VA s Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor Program. Offerors shall provide a twelve-digit Global Trade Item Number (GTIN) or Universal Product Code number (UPC) number and 510K approval number for the product proposed.
