PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The VA National Acquisition Center (NAC) intends to issue Solicitation 36E79720R0065 for the Influenza Virus Vaccine requirements for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), and Indian Health Service (IHS), and James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center (FHCC) for the 2021-2022 Influenza season. Evaluation and award will be made by solicitation line item for VA, BOP, IHS, and FHCC requirements. Offerors are not required to submit an offer for every line item; however, the offeror must offer the full quantity for each line item offered. Please note that the final offered price must include the Cost Recovery Fee and Federal Excise Tax (FET). Orders will be placed by and delivered to VA, SVH (State Veteran Homes Option 2), BOP, and IHS facilities throughout the United States, the Philippines and Puerto Rico. Contractor(s) will be required to deliver the vaccine FOB Destination to Government facilities within the U.S., Philippines, and Puerto Rico. The first shipment of product ordered must be at least 50% of each individual facility s ordered quantity and must be delivered between August 16, 2021 and September 15, 2021. The second shipment must be for the remaining individual facility s entire ordered quantity and must be delivered between September 16, 2021 and October 15, 2021. 100% of the awarded quantities shall be delivered to Captain James A. Lovell Federal Healthcare Center (FHCC) between August 16, 2021 and September 15, 2021. Solicitation number 36E79720R0065 is estimated to be electronically issued in commercial item format in accordance with FAR Part 12 on or about August 27, 2020, with a closing date of September 10, 2020.
