Page 2 of 2 PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The VA National Acquisition Center intends to issue Request for Proposal (RFP) 36E79720R0043 for an unrestrictive procurement for Prescription Containers for Outpatient Pharmacies dispensing at the medical facility level for VA, IHS, BOP, and FHCC. The VA will award one or up to three contracts to the responsible offeror(s) who will be able to provide an uninterrupted source of supply for the contracted items. The Government may award three separate contracts for Group A, Group B and Group C, or as few as one contract for all groups. The contract period will be for one year plus four pre-priced one-year option periods. The contract items will be distributed through the Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor (PPV) Programs for Pharmacy Personnel to order Medical/Surgical ( Med/Surg ) items. Offerors must have a unique GTIN or UPC number. Solicitation # 36E79720R0043 will be electronically issued in commercial item format in accordance with FAR Part 12 on or about June 01, 2020 with a tentative closing date of June 15, 2020.
