The purpose of this Amendment is to provide a copy of the Site Visit Sign In Sheet, a copy of the Technical Questions Tracking Spreadsheet (not yet finalized*) and corresponding attachments, as well as provide the information below regarding the Bid Opening. Bid Opening: The Bid Opening will now be held on Tuesday 1 December 2020 at 2 PM ET. All submission requirements remain the same as provided in the Solicitation. The only revision to the Bid Opening is the date and time. Please be aware: the opportunity to submit Technical Questions closed at 2:00 PM ET on Friday 30 October 2020 per the guidance in the Solicitation. The VA does not guarantee answers to questions submitted after that date and time. Technical Question submissions will not be reopened or extended. *Any questions not yet answered on the Technical Questions Tracking Spreadsheet will be answered in a future amendment. Our Architect has been facing fires in California and evacuations of office and home as a result. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
