Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

This is a pre-solicitation announcement for commercial hearing aid parts and accessories for the Department of Veterans Affairs, with the RFP projected for release around April 1, 2026. The VA intends to award up to two firm fixed-price IDIQ contracts with a one-year base period and four option years, using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation for a total SDVOSB set-aside.
