Pre-solicitation Notice for 36C79123R0001 Title: Wheeled Mobility Repair Service VA Nationwide Contract THIS PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT IS TO RAISE AWARENESS FOR POTENTIAL OFFERORS. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR OFFERS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AND DOES NOT BIND THE GOVERNMENT TO AWARD ANY CONTRACT. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Commodities and Services Acquisition Service (CSAS) has a requirement to procure Wheeled Mobility Repair Service that will include Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) or Customized Powered Wheelchair, Manual Wheelchair, and Scooter. The solicitation will result a single award. It is a firm fixed-price contract and firm fixed with economic price adjustment for parts. The applicable NAICS code is 811219, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, and the small business size standard is $22 Million. This procurement is a full and open competition. The resulting Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) is a 12-month ordering period with four 12-month options. The CO will be addressing the latest RFI 36C79122Q0033 in Section D, Attachment 11. The issuance of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is approximately October 20, 2022 at beta.SAM.gov | Home; however, this date is subject to change. Interested offerors are advised to consult the actual solicitation for final dates and times. Prospective offerors must ensure that their registration in the Systems for award management (SAM) database beta.SAM.gov | Home is current.
