DLC FC warehouse at 1 Denver Federal Center, Building 810, Dock E-7, Denver, CO 80228, ATTN: Jesus Molina, Warehouse Supervisor. An alternate location of 555 Corporate Circle, Golden, CO, 80401 may be used for delivery of supplies when needed on a case by case basis. Please advise of the budget for this project. The budget is estimated at $5 million over 5 years period. Will certified HUB ZONE companies have an advantage on this project? Please read the RFI in its entirety. This is only a request for information. Please read the entire RFI. Since there are various types of auto-bottom boxes [full flap, seal-end flap, tuck-end flap], would the DLC provide a CAD-drawing of a box desired? The Auto-Bottom Boxes is a typo that was inadvertently overlooked. Unless otherwise specified, all boxes should be standard shipping boxes. Assuming the quantities listed are on a monthly basis, how are the orders placed, is it monthly, weekly, or other? Orders are usually placed weekly. All orders are placed as quantities are deducted and the safe level amount is reached. This safety level will vary by box type usage and demand history. What would the lead time be for delivery? 5-10 days For the last item Invoice paper 8.5" x 11" with adhesive strip at bottom 1000 sheets per box. Est. Qty. 60,000 boxes per month , do you have a part number you can provide? This was a typo that carried over incorrectly. The item in question should be a #1 Padded Jiffy Mailer 7.25 x 12 . The contractor shall provide standard shipping boxes, assembled, to the DLC. Boxes shall be Single Wall, with an Edge Crush Test of 32 lbs., Size Limit of 75 in., and a Gross Weight of 65 lbs. This would apply to all line items. Is E flute mandatory? This paper is not readily available in Colorado and will make the cost increase. Typical flute used is B flute of which the boxes presently being used at the VA/DLC are made of. When the box is larger, it loses its integrity and weight capacity capabilities. E flute is not used at the DLC for standard shipping boxes and should be either a C or B flute for standard shipping boxes. This was part of a previously fixed typo. Line item #2 is listed at 48 for quantity Should it be 480 each as that is 2 full pallets? 48 is the quantity we have ordered in the past. Please adjust to 240 to keep quantity to a pallet size. Line item #31 and 36 are too large for this application. I think these are gaylord dimensions and would not be able to have the auto-bottom feature. These items are odd sizes that require specific usage and are not regularly ordered. The Auto-bottom feature is a typo that has been previously addressed and corrected. Line item #35 needs the depth dimension changed . 1/8 cannot be the depth min. is 4 deep. The depth for this box 8 not 1/8 . Is there an incumbent, and if so, can you provide who it is, and when their contract comes to an end? There is no incumbent.
