THE RFP/SOLICITATION PACKAGE WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER THE CLOSING DATE OF THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. PROPOSALS ARE NOT BEING SOLICITED OR ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME. CONTRACTORS SHOULD FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Commodities and Services Acquisition Service (CSAS) and the Denver Logistics Center (DLC), intends to solicit Auditory Osseointegrated Implants abutments, magnetic plates, sound processors, compatible accessories, and replacement parts (AOI), including training, software/hardware, and associated services for the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Prosthetic Clinical Management Program (PCMP). A Statement of Contract (SOC) will be included in the solicitation. The RFP number is 36C79121R0006. When issued, the RFP will be available for downloading from FedBizOpps website www.beta.SAM.gov. Telephone requests for the solicitation will not be honored. The tentative solicitation issue date is 1/29/2021, and the anticipated closing date is 2/28/2021. Interested offerors are advised to consult the solicitation for final dates and times. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) is 339113 Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 750 employees. THIS IS A UNRESTRICTED PROCUREMENT. Offers from all responsible sources will be considered. Offerors must have valid DUNs numbers, or have the ability to obtain one, and a current registration in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database http://www.sam.gov/. The solicitation will result in the award of a multiple award indefinite-delivery-indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) national contract(s) that can serve the entire the United States, its territories, and overseas locations for medically prescribed AOI.
