FY26 Recompete of the Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) Requirement with the inclusion of the new Electro-Therapeutic Modalities for Pain Management (ETMPM) Requirement.
The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research for a Fiscal Year 2026 procurement to expand and modernize its non-opioid pain-management programs, consolidating TENS units with new Electro-Therapeutic Modalities for Pain Management (ETMPM) devices. The contract will establish volume-based, Firm-Fixed-Price IDIQ contracts for nationwide delivery to VA medical centers and outpatient clinics, with centralized distribution at the Denver Logistics Center in Golden, Colorado. The expanded product line includes Interferential Current units, Short Wave Diathermy units, Neuromodulation devices, and associated accessories. The government must complete the procurement process before the legacy contract expires on January 19, 2027.
