The National Cemetery Administration is conducting market research via this RFI/sources sought to identify interested and capable contractors for janitorial services at five Richmond-area national cemeteries: City Point, Fort Harrison, Glendale, Richmond, and Seven Pines in Virginia, including the Fort Harrison Historic Lodge. The work includes daily cleaning of eight public restrooms, exterior/interior trash receptacles, and the historic lodge Monday–Friday 7:30am–4:00pm excluding federal holidays, plus semi-annual window, carpet, rug, and interior deep cleaning. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 with a $22 million size standard. The contract would consist of a base year from January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027, plus four option years extending through December 31, 2031 if exercised.
