Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements for supplying construction and grounds maintenance equipment to support national cemeteries. The Government anticipates awarding three to five unpriced agreements, with specific pricing determined when individual orders are placed. Orders will be distributed among the agreement holders based on a best-value evaluation. The evaluation will prioritize Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, potentially opening to other small businesses if there is insufficient competition.
